  This place was outrageously rude to my mother who was new to this. Making feel people unaccepted for being new and judging whether or not they’re having a good time based off of people’s facial expressions. I have never heard of this before. Making women feel awful for not looking like they are having a good time ? I didn’t know exercise was supposed to be fun. Meredith the instructor told the lady up front to not put new people in the class due to them not being ready in front of my mother.. I didn’t know we were all supposed to be good our first time doing something new. I’m not sure how anyone in their right mind could support a business like this. Putting yourself out there and trying something new is hard enough as it is. The importance is getting out there and trying new things and making people feel good about themselves and not putting them down .

  This place gave me a full body workout in ways I didn't expect. Everyone was extremely Nice and helpful. My instructor, Kayla, took time to answer questions and overall she was just great. Learning the terminology maybe before the class house and getting the most out of the class but definitely not a requirement to get a good workout. I recommend pure barre for sure!
