You cannot undo it unless you email them directly. Be careful to read the fine print. They make you sign up for a package and then once you sign up they send you an email after the purchase letting you know it is on auto renew. Lexi and Brittany and extremely unhelpful. Customer service has gone out the window these days. I expect much more from a studio in Boca.

The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and the mirrors need attention desperately. The bathroom… don’t get me started. This is surprising for Boca Raton. I think it will be a while before I return. 🥲
