I have a very complex prescription due to severe astigmatism and poor vision in my left eye. I have worn glasses since I was 8 years old and am now 68, so I can confidently recognize when a pair of glasses is not suitable for me. Cristy Patterson was the representative who assisted me. The first pair of glasses had to be replaced, and I was required to pay almost $200 extra for a specific generation of progressive lenses. In total, I paid nearly $1,100 for a single pair of glasses that I need to wear permanently. Unfortunately, the glasses never worked properly for me. I visited this location several times seeking adjustments, but the issue was never resolved. The glasses continued to cause visual discomfort, especially while driving at night. Yesterday, I returned once again to request a final solution, possibly involving a replacement with a different frame and lens type. Cristy Patterson escalated the matter to the store manager, Yessica Zuniga. However, I did not receive what I considered a fair response. Instead, I was given a lecture about the warranty policies. There was no empathy, no consideration for the vision problems I have experienced, and no attempt to offer an alternative solution. In simple terms, the message I received was: "This is your problem, and this is what you signed for." I then asked for the name and contact information of a manager above them. Yessica Zuniga refused to provide that information and threatened to call security if I continued asking for it. I intend to continue seeking a response from upper management regarding this matter.
