The attendants and managers were rude, arrogant, and clearly have no understanding of customer service or how to treat people with respect. Every interaction felt dismissive and unpleasant, as if customers were a burden instead of the reason the business exists. I’ve honestly never experienced such poor customer relationship skills in an optical store before. There are plenty of better places in Boca Raton that actually value their customers. Stay away from this place.
