  Dr. Kaner and his staff Jordan and Z took excellent care of me before, during and after my oral surgery. Couldn't have asked for a better experience given the nature of the surgery. Dr. Kaner is a shrewd man, that may come off as cold or dismissive but he made me feel confident in his ability upon first meeting. Can't say thank you enough to the team.

  Reviews can seriously hurt a business being a business owner and some ppl are sensitive. He’s not the dentist to hold your hand and there is nothing wrong with that, he’s informative, fast and straight to the point. I went today to get my wisdom tooth pulled and it was smooth sailing! No pain at all! Thanks again

  I regret not researching this clinic, and I strongly advise anyone planning on visiting this establishment to read the reviews. I recently turned 18 and needed to get my four wisdom teeth extracted. Going in, I was extremely nervous and felt terrified. Dr Kaner was incredibly dismissive throughout this whole process and made various insensitive comments. At the start of the procedure I was struggling to breathe due to the anxiety I felt and asked if I could have a minute before the mouth pieces went on. Dr Kaner’s response to this was “I just gave you a minute,” before shoving the mouth pieces inside my mouth, followed by “you got braces you’ve done this before.” The lack of empathy caused me to feel more scared and begin to cry. Dr. Kaner comment to my discomfort was, “you’re gonna have to push a baby out between your legs” This behavior is extremely unprofessional and inhumane, especially for a medical provider. I urge everyone to find any other doctor.

  This is a great example of see for yourself and not relying on reviews. Our family found Dr.Kaner, Jordan, and his staff to be kind and incredibly helpful. We took our 11-year-old here for five separate appointments, and every single visit was a great experience. I’ve noticed some lower ratings mentioning he is 'harsh,' however in our experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Dr.Kaner is very straightforward, he is also incredibly thorough. He provided excellent patient education, ensuring both my child and I understood every step of the process and gave us ample time to ask and address any questions and concerns. He is a professional who prioritizes results and clarity, which we truly appreciated. We drove from Port Saint Lucie for all five appointments, and it was 100% worth it for this level of care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a SKILLED, honest, and knowledgeable oral surgeon.

  I called this establishment yesterday to make an appointment for my daughter. The first person I spoke with placed me on hold, and while I was holding, another staff member came on the line before the call was disconnected. I called back and ended up speaking with the same person. While trying to book the appointment, he was very aggressive and asked questions that I believe should be addressed by the doctor during the initial visit. He also stated that I wouldn’t be able to book an appointment without knowing the exact length of my daughter’s pain. I let him know that it was okay and that I would try booking elsewhere, but before I could even finish my sentence, he disconnected the call again. While I was on the phone with another dental office, this establishment attempted to call me back. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
