- JBjane bunchJun 30, 20261.0I went there to purchase a pair of sunglasses. It came in wrong. The first time I waited and waited for the glasses. They were Ray-Ban’s. I told them they didn’t put the blue light in. They didn’t they put a slight blue filter in when I said something, we tested them with a blue light tester there is barely any blue light protection in these glasses. I broke a bone and I couldn’t get back in there to get them adjusted. Then the lady would not accept my phone calls. She knew it was me calling cause she could see it on the caller ID. It would not take my phone calls therefore I would not recommend the LensCrafters at Macy’s ever again for a purchase. I could’ve got them through my insurance at another place, but I liked the ones Air frames. Basically I still don’t see right out of them and they are not standing behind it. They told me basically to go blow.
