  Had a great intro class today with Isabelle. She was very kind and also helpful as I am still learning Pilates basics. I personally enjoyed the energy of this studio much more than the one by Mizner.

  The worst experience ever. The manager Erika lied to me and would not come out and speak to me. She pretended she wasn’t there and called on the phone. The owner should call me and apologize for the bad behavior of her employees including the teacher ROSEMARY.

  I spoke to Erica on the phone. She was very helpful. Helped me with the sign up process. First impressions are super important for successful businesses and she sure went above and beyond to make a GREAT impression. I can tell it's going to be a great experience.

  My experience with this studio was terrible. Teachers are very good and very nice. Management however is horrible. They need to attend a customer satisfaction class urgently. I signed up and became a regular, practicing almost every day. After almost 5 months of practicing pilates classes I arrived 5 minutes late to one class. The staff at the front desk told me I could not join the class. I could not believe it since I had seen many people join class even later than 5 minutes on multiple occasions. I called the manager to try to get a one time exception, but the answer was no. They just said they decided to enforce their late to class rule. I find this studio to be extremely expensive for what they offer, basically just the reformer. Now I go to Vault Fitness and for a little more money I get so much more. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the variety and quality of all the classes is impressive. There is no comparison. Don't waste your money at club pilates.
