- NNNataliaJul 9, 20261.0I wouldn’t recommend it. Aggressive sales marketing. When I was signing the contract, they talked me into it by claiming they are very flexible and accommodating, and that there would be zero issues. I warned them that I was leaving and moving away. They froze my membership. Then I moved. I don’t attend, yet they keep billing me. Even though they reply here claiming that they explain everything transparently, that is simply not true! Not only is it not transparent, but they also assure you of how loyal they are, that it’s just a formality and there won't be any problems. And then they terrorize you. Just be careful!!!!! This company is harassing me!!
- MSMelissa SVJun 22, 20261.0Do not join without taking a few classes first. I made the mistake of signing up as a founding member before knowing what the classes were like. Personally, I found them quiet and underwhelming, and after about a week I stopped going. I take responsibility for signing the contract, but being charged $20 for a missed class and then learning I couldn’t cancel without paying the entire remaining balance ($733) left a bad taste in my mouth. Whether it’s standard practice or not, I think it’s bad business. My advice: make sure you enjoy the classes and understand the cancellation and auto-renewal terms before committing.
