- RRRCMMar 15, 20261.0Be careful with memberships here. I paid for two months of membership plus four individual classes — over $500 total — and only attended one class due to my schedule. Despite that, I’m now being contacted repeatedly about a $25 charge, followed by another email saying it’s a “membership freeze fee.” After spending that much money and barely using the service, it’s frustrating to still be chased for additional charges. When I raised concerns with the front desk and management, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. The classes themselves also felt overcrowded and poorly laid out. The entire experience felt more focused on collecting fees than taking care of customers. Very disappointing.
- CCCKNYMar 27, 20255.0Pilates has really changed my life! Not just physically but mentally. The focus on the breathe, movements and form provide me with internal peace and clarity. After every class I feel well stretched, de stressed and relaxed. I've regained my flexibility and toned up. Best result is that I feel great. If your looking for a physical and mental transformation this is it. Very clean studio, inviting vibe, and friendly staff and members.I belong to another CP in NYC doesn't come close to the Mizner club experience. Hugely recommend!

I love how they ask you if you have an injuries and really take the time to assist you so that you have the best experience possible. After my Intro class I purchased a membership and have been very pleased.
- EPErin POct 16, 20231.0Turned me away for being 2 minutes later than their “late policy” (which mind you isn’t stated anywhere) even after explaining that I was running late due to nursing my newborn taking a bit longer than expected. Policies should be meant to keep classes organized, not to be arbitrarily heartless to new mothers struggling to get their exercise in postpartum. You just lost what would’ve been a consistent customer.
