I recently switched to Oliver Peoples after owning Ray Bans for well over a decade and witnessing their gradual decline in quality. I was initially a bit skeptical because they still fall under Luxottica, but I’ve been very pleased so far and I love their style! Unfortunately, however, I had to swing by their boutique to get my Gregory Pecks repaired after I accidentally rolled over them while asleep and broke the hinge…
Dario, the associate who helped me, was very kind in walking me through the repair process and letting me try different frames that I will likely buy later in the future after my next eye exam! The professionalism displayed by the team at Oliver Peoples, the quality of their frames, and their pride in being understated luxury is what will have me keep coming back. I know my Gregory Pecks are in good hands!
I have been a O.P customer for over 7 years and I love the frames and service at this location. Recently one of my frames broke and Charlene and her team replaced the frame, which was still under warranty, within 4 days. I really appreciate their customer service and the team is very knowledgeable and attentive. Thank you Charlene for the excellent service!
Disappointed with service. Walked into an empty store, associate finally appeared from the back but looked me up and down before finally deciding to help me. This was an order for my 3rd pair of OP sunglasses and had them sent to the store. The associate seemed to want to rush, not take the time to make sure the fit was good and that I was satisfied with my purchase etc. If I wanted amateur hour I'd of ordered from sunglass hut. Overall, worst OP experience I've had!

Went in today to have two pairs of glasses adjusted, and Indira could have not been more helpful. Not only did she addressed my issue but was kind, amicable and a pleasure to deal with.

Oliver Peoples has become my go-to place for all my glasses. The customer service at the Aventura store is absolutely top-notch. Charlene Villalba is incredible—she has amazing taste, is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping you find what’s best for you. She won’t just sell you anything; she guides you through what fits your style and needs. I don’t mind the drive at all because the experience and service are always worth it. Simply the best! 👏😎
