  I recently bought my Ray-Ban sunglasses from this location, and unfortunately they broke while I was going through TSA. I thought they were beyond repair and even visited three different stores, but no one was able to help. Thankfully, I stopped by LensCrafters, where John was able to repair my glasses. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and excellent customer service. He saved me from having to replace my favorite pair of sunglasses. Thank you, John, for going above and beyond!

  Lady was very nice. Process for apptm was super good, quick and easy. The only thing I didnt like was a comment made to another client " its free of charge but If you want to leave something is up to you" and take the money the men gave her and put it under the tablet for a minute and when she got up put it in her pocket like if she was hidding it. Working in costumer service I do understand that ge go above and beyond for costumers but Lenscrafters is not a place to be asking for tips like if you were a waitress. It looked very unprofessional doing it while the employee in question said it in front of us.

  I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters, and I especially want to recognize Bianca Pedraza for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect glasses. I am extremely happy with both my progressive lenses and my reading glasses. I can honestly say I see perfectly now! Bianca took the time to explain everything, gave me excellent recommendations, and shared very helpful tips that made choosing the right lenses and frames so much easier. The doctor was also wonderful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Bianca’s expertise and attention to detail, I left feeling confident that I had made the best decision. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Bianca truly went above and beyond, and she is a great asset to LensCrafters. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Bianca!

  My husband just ordered his glasses here...I was not feeling the customer service we used to get here. It felt very transactional. I was looking at the frames for a while, no one approached me to offer any help.
