  Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of the positive reviews I had read. While I was treated with great respect during my visit, it became clear that this was simply part of their strategy to sell one of their packages. The facial itself was pleasant, although I did not notice any real improvement in my skin beyond it feeling clean. I ended up signing up for a plan that included 20 anti‑aging facials and 24 sessions with the blue‑light machine, which I had been excited to try. The application for CareCredit was submitted, and within minutes I was approved for $5,000. In less than five minutes, I found myself signing paperwork for a $4,325 package. I take responsibility for agreeing to it. Two days later, my hours at work were cut, and I realized I would not be able to afford the $180 monthly payment for 24 months. I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager—who I’m fairly certain was the same person who sold me the package and had been extremely kind during my visit. I hoped to cancel since I had not started any treatments and my first appointment wasn’t scheduled until the following week. Her response shocked me: “Sorry sweetheart, unfortunately I’m not able to cancel. You’re not due for your first payment until the 30th, and hopefully you’ll find another job.” The lack of empathy and professionalism was stunning. She was the complete opposite of the person who had treated me so kindly during my initial visit. It became painfully obvious that their priority was the money, not the customer. I contacted CareCredit, and they were wonderful. They opened a dispute, and after about a month, they removed the charges for services I never received. However, I was still billed $300 for the anti‑aging facial I did receive—despite being told it would only cost $126 as a first‑time trial. They ultimately charged $426. $300 for one Anti facial and $126 processing and admin fees. I am paying that amount not because I believe this business deserves my money, but because I care about maintaining my credit. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

  The staff is really nice and helpful. I absolutely would request Stephanie in Auburndale. She really knows her stuff. The cryo tank is a freezer but it does help with pain. The cryo slimming does help as well. The sauna pod will make you sweat but its a good sweat. It helps with blood flow and helps repair muscles after work outs. This will work if you stick to strict diet and exercise.
