The office’s esthetic lacks the appeal of a medical establishment. The condition of the carpet, baseboards, drippy faucet, uncomfortable examination chair are the reason of change of heart. I don’t expect “high end” doctors’ office but this office is giving me low rent quality & dirty. Staff in office and in Lenscrafters were not pleasant as well. I was the person in the establishment and not a single reply of salutation or help. After 15+ years, I am going to look for a new optometry service. My apologies to Dr. Rodriguez. She’s awesome!

The drs here are all very friendly and spend thoughtful time answering all questions and ensuring my vision needs are addressed. I’ve been coming here for over 2 decades. Their online appt setting is very easy. There is no pressure to buy glasses from LensCrafters even though they are affiliated loosely. Can take your script anywhere.
