  I recently experienced acute vision changes in one eye with significant vision loss. A friend recommended Phan-Tastic Eye Care. I knew my symptoms were much more complex than a routine eye exam, and I was afraid to trust my eye care to anyone. I did not expect to leave with a diagnosis or the exceptional level of expertise and care that I received. The staff greeted me warmly when I arrived and they were not alarmed by my very alarming eye appearance or how afraid I was to be at the appointment. Dr. Hassan also greeted me warmly and really took the time to listen to me. It was immediately apparent that he was invested in what had happened to my eye and restoring my vision. His knowledge, professionalism, ability to connect and communicate with a patient, physical exam skills, compassion, empathy, and kindness were exceptional. I left understanding the diagnosis, follow-up plan, and what to do if my eye did not follow the anticipated plan. I am so grateful that my eye is healing, exactly as he described. Dr. Hassan and the staff at Phan-Tastic Eye Care earned my highest recommendation. Thank you so much for your Phan-Tastic care.

  I took both my teenage kids to see Dr Ricky Luong for eye exams and was really impressed at how patient and kind he was. My daughter was really nervous about trying contacts for the first time and it took approximately forever for them to get the contacts in her eyes, but he stayed totally cool and patient throughout the whole thing. The staff was also really great about being patient and encouraging while they helped her learn to take the contacts out and put them back in so she could go home with them. I'm glad to say she is now a confident contacts wearer, a few days later, which was really important to her as she does daily sports. My son was super nervous about getting his eyes dilated and Dr Luong handled him beautifully as well - just talked him through the process, explaining everything as he went. Staff also did a great job of making sure we understood all the things we might be charged for along the way with the exams and whatnot. 10/10 would defintitely recommend. Compassionate care is always such a gem to find.

  I had a good experience here. It was easy to make an appointment. When I arrived I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to patiently explain everything in a way I could understand. The front staff were pretty friendly also. 👍🏼
