My wife needed prescription sunglasses for driving, so we purchased an expensive pair of Prada sunglasses here. Unfortunately, she was never able to wear them because they make her extremely nauseous. We recently learned that the lens configuration she needs for her regular glasses is apparently not compatible with the sunglasses we purchased. This was never explained to us at the time of purchase. Had we known, we obviously would not have spent that money on glasses she cannot use. Today, when we returned to pick up a new pair of her regular glasses, we brought up the issue again. Octavio was extremely unhelpful and defensive. Instead of showing any interest in understanding what happened or trying to find a solution, we kept hearing “I don’t know” and that it wasn’t his fault. That is what frustrates me the most. When you are making a purchase, everything seems great, but when there is a problem, suddenly no one can help. We spent a significant amount of money on prescription sunglasses that my wife cannot even use, and instead of trying to help, we were made to feel like it was our problem. After more than three years as customers, this experience has made us seriously consider taking our business elsewhere.
