  From the moment we walked in, my husband and I felt like they genuinely cared about us. We checked in for our appointment the assistant that checked us in, I apologize that I don't remember her name, was fantastic and were seen by the tech. within minutes. He too was phenomenal was clear with what to expect. Their upgraded equipment is amazing!! So easy, our pupils did not need to be dilated, and Dr. Campbell went over everything in great detail and in ways I could understand. Maria took care of us and assisted us with picking our glasses and lenses. She was so patient with me and was also clear in explaining the different options we had. I highly recommend this LensCrafters.

  This is the first time in over five years that I haven't bought glasses after a doctor's checkup. I always go with my wife and daughter. Michael Miller saw me after my doctor's checkup. He told me the cost was $600, then $400 because he used the wrong insurance, and then another price. Plus, he was incredibly slow! To top it all off, he had a terrible attitude. Today was the last time I'll ever use this place after more than five years. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to anyone.

  From Pauline T. L. Fernando is outstanding!! On Sunday 6/14/26, I visited the LensCrafters in Altamonte Springs, 520 W. Hwy. 436, Altamonte Springs 32714, (off 436, not inside the mall) to have my glasses adjusted and updated…and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. The licensed optician, Fernando, who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely personable. I came in about Sunday, midday, after a second exchange of my glasses, and this time everything was finally done right. Fernando took the time to carefully adjust my frames, switch me to polycarbonate lenses (instead of plastic), and fit me into tortoise shell frames in a 52 width that feel comfortable, secure, and perfect for my face — it was worth paying the difference. What stood out most was the level of care and attention. Nothing felt rushed. Every concern I had was listened to and addressed with professionalism and skill. This technician , Fernando, truly went above and beyond in customer service…one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in optical care. I left completely satisfied with the fit, clarity, and overall quality of my glasses. This kind of service is rare these days, and this licensed optician set a very high standard.
