  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to take a moment to recognize Bree, the Sales Manager, for going above and beyond to help me get my prescription glasses ordered. My experience with the customer service at the Ocala location was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Unfortunately, the level of service I received there left a lot to be desired. Thankfully, Bree completely turned that experience around. She was professional, helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. She went above and beyond to get my prescription glasses ordered and made what had started as a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Bree’s customer service was truly exceptional. She listened, took the time to help, and made me feel like my business actually mattered. That kind of customer service is hard to find, and she deserves recognition for it. Thank you, Bree, for stepping up and making a difficult situation so much better. LensCrafters is lucky to have someone like you on their team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  My experience at this Lenscrafters was amazing. Upon entering, I was welcomed by staff members and greeted by Bri who was very friendly. Ashae did my initial exam and explained everything during the process. I asked questions, and she further explained according to what was happening and what those procedures were for. I liked that she cleaned all the equipments and chairs before I used them. I then I saw Dr. Campbell, and he was warm, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain more about my eyes, their health and made sure I was seeing the charts comfortably before writing my prescription. He was also funny, so I felt more relaxed and even ask questions about vitamins for the eyes, concerns for aging which he answered not only as a doctor, but as a normal person, who understood my concerns. I was extremely comfortable, and felt like I wasn't ready to run out the office. It was a warm and friendly experience. Gabby helped me with choosing my glasses, she friendly, helpful, patient and most importantly, NOT pushy or ready to sell me anything. She was patient because I am very picky and had to walk around the office trying on different pairs before making a decision. I was not rushed. I also met ernando was very nice, and rellay cool. Everyone I came in contact with was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the way the whole team treated me. I felt valued as a customer and a fellow human being. Thank you Bri, Ashae, Dr. Campbell, Gabby and Fernando for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I’m really glad I chose this location and will definitely be back! I personally highly recommend this office, not only was everyone friendly, but I noticed the office, chairs, equipments were also very clean. Thank you

  Amazing experience, friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor. Fast and simple process. Got my glasses from the lab in 4 days! Never shopping around again
