  Worst Pilates studio I’ve been to, they do not teach you REAL Pilates, I’ve tried to cancel my membership multiple times and when I’m in contact with them finally the stories, excuses and attitude I was given from multiple employees including management is beyond nasty DO NOT GO HERE you are better off going somewhere else.

  The Scientology of Pilates. Their business model is once you’re in, it’s nearly impossible to get out without major consequences. The regional manager is extremely desperate for sales/numbers. I had a rough first day with a now no longer at the club instructor. I begged the Regional Manager to let me off the brand new contract. I said they could charge me in full for the ONE class (the highest rate). She said I’m locked in and it’s the law. I understand laws exist but if that’s your first and only response to an upset customer then your customer service is non existent. She said that reviews or corporate do not matter because she handles every thing including escalations. I made it clear right when I signed up that I only want one month. The receptionist assured me that’s fine. Once I’m in (still first day), they said they have to get a manager to approve and call me. When she called me, she said Corporate wants a minimum of three months. Now corporate opinions matter? She let me ended my contract but acted like she did me a huge favor when I already made that clear. Needed to move a class one hour up. Same day, same instructor, same type of class, she wouldn’t allow that and said I would have to pay a penalty. Till today, I can’t tell if the manager has too much power or she literally has zero power. All instructors do not correct you individually (I wish they did). The classes are not as challenging as modern Pilates but still make you sweat a bit. I just wish I never had that first bad instructor. Instructor Adriana was my favorite one. She was caring and her classes are challenging. Tamie was very knowledgeable and funny. However I felt like she expected me to train like I’m gonna be next instructor. I just wanted to exercise to fill my day. Jeozette was mean. She kept getting loud that we’re doing it wrong yet I have no idea if that was towards me or someone else. Her classes were physically challenging though. I was just always mentally stressed in her classes.

  I have never been one who likes to exercise. The thought of working out repelled me. BUT that changed after I took the introductory class at Club Pilates. After 50 minutes of working out, I found that I enjoyed it and could not wait until I could do it again. In addition to enjoying the exercise, I found that my chronic back pain has disappeared. Joining Club Pilates is one decision that I’d gladly make again.

  Club Pilates Altamonte is such a fantastic Pilates studio! It is clean and well kept and they offer classes for all levels at convenient times. I love trying a variety of classes throughout the week!

  When its time to cancel your membership they do whatever it takes to take your money. Including not letting you take classes that you already paid for. I paid for 8 classes and was only able to take 2. When I said I want to cancel my membership they did do let me use the credits I had. They robbed me and did not let me use services I already paid for.
