Even though we have a location very close to home in Los Angeles, we hadn’t been in awhile and my husband and I both wanted to look for new frames. On our trip to DC for a wedding we had some time to kill and popped in the store with our service dog, Kalli. We were treated so incredibly well immediately by the two women working that day - I’m blanking on their names I’m so sorry but I want to say Ava and another “A” name maybe? Forgive me. One was newer and the other perhaps a manager? Their customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and kindness were off the charts. We always felt like we were in good hands and we both found frames we loved. Because of the exceptional service we both ordered glasses then and there! Thank you both so much for your help and friendliness and for being so loving to our pup as well. And sorry I spilled my coffee but again, you made me feel like it was no big deal :) We had the best experience and recommend this particular Warby Parker to anyone in the DC area (or visiting) looking for amazing glasses. 10 out of 10 you guys rule.
