As the founder of a 501(c)(3) focused on homelessness and human trafficking (The h3 Project), I brought in a client who has been experiencing homelessness and hadn’t had a pair of glasses in over 10 years. His eyesight was very poor, and this visit was crucial for him. From the moment we walked in, Shaina and the team went above and beyond to make him feel welcomed. They encouraged him to explore the different frame options and took the time to ensure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. It was heartwarming to see him leave feeling empowered, having been treated with dignity and respect every step of the way. I’ve visited this store numerous times and have consistently witnessed the same level of high-class service extended to every customer. Even though I don’t currently need eyeglasses, I can confidently say that when I do, there will be no other store I consider. Thank you, Warby Parker team, for your outstanding service and commitment to making a difference in the lives of your customers!
