I've been a Warby Parker customer since the year they were founded in New York. I wear prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses and contacts pretty much exclusively from them, with a one exception. I've done annual eye exams with them the past few years, and it's always been a really good experience. My most recent exam was yesterday and the optometrist was lovely. She did a great job of walking me through my vision/prescription changes and my eye health. She was also totally relatable and made me very comfortable. She walked me through every scan and made each step easy to understand. I definitely felt like my eyes were in great hands, lol. I recently got supplemental vision insurance through UHC, specifically because it's in-network with Warby Parker. My exam was covered, minus the $39 digital retinal imaging, and I got a new pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses using my insurance. All-in it was very reasonable. I really like this location and definitely recommend it for exams and shopping in general.
