  We’ve been Warby Parker customers for years. Our recent visit for a comprehensive eye exam including contact lens exam and fitting was so disappointing that I am ready to take my, and my family of four glasses wearers, business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional!

  I had a wonderful experience here. Courtney was absolutely AMAZING! I wasn’t sure about the type of frame that I wanted and she took the time to pull a bunch of different styles and help me narrow down my choices. The location of the store is great, it was clean, and the other staff members were very friendly.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Courtney. High level of service and care. We ran into a little issue locating my insurance in their system but she never gave up. (Turns out there’s a system issue pulling up FEP vision insurance using the iPad). In any case, store was clean, products are always at a fair price and there’s many styles to choose from. Cant go wrong with WP. Solid business/eye care provider.

  I arrived early for my appointment (Comprehensive Eye Exam for Glasses (Adult) and Digital retinal imaging). The sales staff members were pleasant and helpful. There was minimal sales pressure. Dr. Yap performed his examination shortly after my arrival and I was pleasantly surprised that he did not use eye dilation drops. I found his explanations of my updated prescription helpful.

  What a terrific experience today at this store! The store personnel were amazing, offering me styles to try on and then giving me their honest POV on what looked good or not. I love that kind of help. I was in and out with a new pair ordered in just 20 minutes!
