    Warby has always been a great place to buy glasses and now as of today it’s also a great place to get your eyes examined. Also I had a great experience today and every staff member in the store was more than courteous and friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.

    The staff here is phenomenal. They are welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful time trying on frames with them, and they helped me find the perfect pair. Special thank you to Courtney for taking such great care of me. Would highly recommend.

    The SA was personable and efficient. My order was processed and my transaction was completed in the matter of minute. Certainly, faster than getting through the fast food drive through.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to extremely poor customer service. One staff member was consistently rude, spoke over me while I was trying to explain my needs, and seemed more focused on arguing than actually helping. What made the situation worse was that the manager, Emily, witnessed the interaction and did nothing to address the behavior or de-escalate the situation. Allowing staff to treat customers this way is unacceptable. If this is the standard of service here, it reflects a lack of professionalism and proper management. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
