- LKLisa KimmelSep 9, 20261.0Terrible quality products. Bought a pair of glasses less than one year ago and both lenses developed cloudy streaks inside the lens that cannot be cleaned off. It’s in the material. I was told that they could replace the lenses for a $65 charge but I was outside the warranty period. The material just degraded in less than a year and they want me to give them more money. Have many other glasses that cost a little more but hold up much better. And Warby is hardly a discount operation these days. Never again. All marketing and no quality or service.
