Several employees helped me during my visit, and every single one was incredibly professional, efficient, patient, and genuinely friendly. I originally came in to have my glasses adjusted and my prescription checked again. The eye doctor was kind enough to see me without an appointment and even stayed late to make the necessary adjustments to my prescription. He was absolutely wonderful! After that, I started considering exchanging the frames I had purchased about two and a half weeks earlier. The staff were more than happy to accommodate the exchange, no questions asked. But here’s what I appreciated most: one employee, in particular, told me he genuinely loved the frames I already had because they made such a bold statement. I tried on several other styles, and instead of the typical “Yes, those look great!” response to everything I put on, he gave me his honest opinion and kept coming back to how much he liked my original choice. His sincerity actually made me reconsider, and I ended up keeping the very frames I had walked in thinking I might exchange. And I’m so happy I did! That’s what I call outstanding customer service: not just being agreeable or trying to make a sale, but taking the time to offer thoughtful, honest advice. I arrived around 5:30 p.m., straight from work, and everyone gave me their full attention. They even stayed about 10 minutes past closing time to finish helping me, without ever making me feel rushed. The patience, kindness, and genuine care I experienced were remarkable. 10 out of 10! I can’t recommend this location highly enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
