- MFMarce FuanJun 18, 20261.0Worst customer service experience from start to finish, from the eye doctor to the staff. I originally used my insurance to purchase prescription glasses and later needed an exchange because the first pair did not meet my vision needs. I visited the Dupont Circle location instead of Logan Circle to discuss my options and schedule a replacement appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the eye exam, the doctor was dismissive, and rushed me through the entire process without taking the time to address my questions or concerns. The customer service afterward was equally poor. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked about exchanging my glasses and the availability of appointments. Rather than assisting me, they seemed inconvenienced by basic questions. Overall, the level of professionalism and customer care at this location fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
