If I could give zero stars, I would. This gym loves to call itself a luxury fitness club and charges premium prices, but the experience is anything but luxury. First, parking isn't included—not even for one hour. Unless you live within walking distance, you'll spend a ridiculous amount on parking in addition to an already expensive membership. The steam room has been out of service for well over a year, with no communication, no accountability, and no estimated reopening date. For a "luxury" gym, that's completely unacceptable. They frequently close workout spaces for private classes and corporate events because profit clearly comes before paying members. Imagine paying top dollar for a membership only to find areas of the gym unavailable because they've been rented out. Their guest pass policy is another joke. They don't clearly explain how many complimentary guest passes members receive, yet I've seen certain "VIP" members bring guests whenever they want. How does someone become a VIP? I pay for the all-inclusive membership and still can't get a straight answer. The pool is equally disappointing. Not only is it unavailable for much of the year, but they also close it on holidays for private events instead of allowing members to enjoy a facility they're paying for. That's unbelievable. What's even more frustrating is that many competing gyms now include amenities like infrared saunas, cryotherapy, massage therapy, Reformer Pilates, and hot Pilates at no additional cost—and, unlike this place, their equipment and amenities actually work. After being a loyal member for a long time, I've realized that loyalty means absolutely nothing here. There is no appreciation for long-term members, no transparency, and no urgency to fix ongoing issues. The quality of this gym has steadily declined while the prices remain at a premium. It's a perfect example of a business that prioritizes revenue over member experience. They've just lost another long-term member, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone looking for the luxury experience they advertise.

I’m not a member but leaning you close your pool on holidays for private events, just means you lost a potential customer. Really foul behavior

I’d bought a personal training package and when I had to leave town they wouldn’t refund me. Even though I’d been paying for sessions for a while, and explained I had to move for my special needs son. $1200 down the drain bc they don’t care about their customers. On a side notes Cordell is a great personal trainer. Highly recommend

My experience was awesome. I loved the facility, and Ms. D was so friendly. She made sure we were comfortable and was very informative about the features of the place. Unfortunately, the pool had an issue, and we were not able to swim, so that did cut the trip short. But on any other day, I can see how fun it truly is. The facility was very clean, and the staff was courteous. I never got the other woman’s name—the tall, dark-haired woman with great energy. I watched her help a guest get a second umbrella so they could cool off. That was awesome. The service throughout the establishment was wonderful. Thank you. I look forward to coming back and truly enjoying the place.
