- TKTamika KellyOct 30, 20265.0I met with an exceptional trainer. This gym has everything to offer. I think it's much better than the Golds Gym.
- AFAden FissihaieOct 30, 20262.0This gym does not value their customers. The staff aren’t very nice except a few of them, meaning maybe two. I can’t say all the trainers but from my experience the trainers I had weren’t very professional and they don’t really care about your fitness goals but charge like they do. The only reason I continue to pay this overpriced gym is it’s the closest gym to my home, the sauna and steam room (which constantly breaks) and also some of the few classes I like. If you don’t care for the sauna and steam save yourself the money it’s not worth the price.

He was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what happened. Thanks to Ben, I went from not wanting to return to the studio to actually looking forward to coming back. I’ll definitely be returning to Vida Fitness! Thank you Ben!
- KSKyle SuibSep 7, 20261.0“You pay to use the bed, not the umbrellas.” - Sunday Pool Desk Staff. We reserved a day bed from 10am-8pm. They texted me at 1:30 telling me they will cancel the reservation if I don’t get there. Again, it’s until 8pm. We get there and there is no umbrella to cover the day bed. “We can’t move umbrellas. Management says no.” Currently there are several umbrellas at other beds not being used and free standing. The pool team provides a very poor customer experience *update* Two managers did not understand why staff member told us this. Said they will address Amber and comped us some drinks. Issue was fixed.
