The men’s locker room often runs out of towels. Shower pressure is low and are cleaned so infrequently that they are slippery and stink.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. The classes are great and the exercise floor is generally well-kept, but the overall experience doesn’t typically match the “luxury” price point, especially compared to other brands. The showers are always sort of musky and smell off since they are directly next to the toilets. Customer service and facility cleanliness can be inconsistent, and there are a lot of fees that feel unnecessary and tacky—I was recently charged $0.25 for an empty cup to fill with water. They also heavily promote membership flexibility, but I recently learned there’s a $349 fee to upgrade back to the top membership. I enjoy the gym, but I think there’s room for a more consistent and customer-focused experience.

For the price, this gym is not kept organized nor is equipment maintained well. Additionally, there is no way to pause a membership. I was unable to work out for several months, and my options were to keep paying the monthly fee or cancel and restart, which would require paying the expensive fee to start a membership.

This place sucks! Why everytime i come here the showers are pretty much never hot?? Thats terrible and I have complained to a employee before who said they will contact the managers about it and nothing. Now winter soon will be here who wants to deal with such!
