  Really disappointing experience. My friend and I showed up 3 minutes late, her first time ever trying SoulCycle, and we weren’t allowed into class. No email or notice about a lateness policy was ever sent to us beforehand, so we had no idea a few minutes would mean losing the class entirely. We were refunded, but that doesn’t make up for what we actually lost. We were visiting from out of town specifically to ride together, and instead the door policy separated us from our friend who had arrived on time. A heads-up email about the door policy would have prevented all of this. We won’t be booking at this location again.

  10 out of freakin' 10!!! First time rider and I LOVED IT! Kristyn was WILD!!!!!! In the BEST way! Her energy is absolutely amazing! And the staff is amazing as well, from the super helpful girl at the front desk to Brody who made sure I was good to go since it was my first time. Such a great experience. I'll be back most definitely!!
