New member here. Unfortunately very unpleasant experience with free demo class on Pilates. Our instructor Vivian came 15 minutes late, miscommunication with front desk, ok but then entire class was so incredibly rude. Although I repeatedly told her it is my first time ever having a Pilates class. Very disappointing.

The good: pretty comprehensive equipment selection and the layout makes sense. Two floors for weights, cardio, two turf sections for sled pushes/mobility work, multiple studios, a pool, and relaxation areas. They do a lot with the space.
The mixed: some of the staff is very friendly and helpful, but just some of them. None have ever been outright upsetting, I’ve just been brushed off sometimes. As other reviews have mentioned, it can get crowded, so I often have to switch up my exercise order or plan for the day—but the upside is I can usually get a spot when I need one.
The bad: there is no culture whatsoever of cleaning equipment when you are done with it in this gym. Estimating generously, 30% of the people who use equipment and mats bother to wipe them down when they finish. It’s kind of disgusting and no one seems to care. Weights are also often not re-racked, so I’m regularly left wondering if a seemingly unoccupied setup is available. Maybe you can argue these aren’t really the ownership’s fault, but I think they could do a better job of enforcing stuff like that or at least establishing the culture since I’ve been to several gyms and it’s never been this bad.

Great gym. I’ve been a member back to Sport & Health days. Still outstanding options for working out. The indoor track is gone but many new options and treadmills replace that loss. Also, one thing this gym is missing is Friday and Saturday evening hours. Seriously. You’d alleviate some of the PM congestion that people note as a drawback to this gym, and we’d get our Friday and Saturday evenings back. There was a bunch of us who’d always be there. Now you’re effectively ending workouts by around 5 PM on weekends, vs 8 before, with another hour to clean up and get ready. Exact hours may vary but every time I check the schedule I see my Friday and Saturday time after 6 PM is no longer available. If working, I’d not get in for a workout because I wouldn’t be back from my downtown Gov. job by 6. We are not all going home on the weekend, family and dinner and kids stuff. We don’t need to be home by 6 PM. Thanks. We need weekend evenings to workout.
