  Very spacious gym with a great variety of equipment, so it’s rarely difficult to find what you need for a workout. However, there are several areas that could be improved. The locker room is frequently out of bath towels and sometimes even body wash. The shower water pressure can also be quite weak at times. My biggest concern is the lack of enforcement around privacy in the locker room. There doesn’t seem to be a strict no-phone policy, and it’s uncomfortable when people are walking around literally naked while others may have their phones out. Overall, it’s a solid gym with excellent equipment, but the locker room experience could use significant improvement. In my experience, the Ballston location does a much better job in these areas.

  Membership rate is fairly affordable and includes a lot of stuff. But equipment on the third floor is noticeably dated and they seem resistant to turn on any AC up here. Heat index is 111 degrees and upstairs feels like 90 trying to work out.

  Taylor and Ms. Linda always make you feel welcome when you walk through the door, which creates a positive atmosphere. Jaci is also always helpful and willing to assist whenever needed. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in the cleanliness of the women’s locker room. The showers are much cleaner than they were before, and I appreciate the hard work of the cleaning staff in maintaining the facility.

  Sales is great. I could be ok with the space. It's a lot of money per month but has childcare. No boxing on site and no pool. The merch is a bit dusty and it's 3 stories. I'd sit in daycare for the first few days before leaving my child because of the distance of floors. My gym has ring worm people as a apartment because it's equipped but never cleaned by residents plus my baby runs a muck around those guys. My toddler loved the equipment rooms every time we'd step into one. I'm looking at my options and this one when I was leaving to make an appointment something making the front desk laugh painfully wasn't transparent and made me feel embarrassed like I was ugly. This is the second one lifer I've checked on and didn't feel it with so I'll keep trying to find one that doesn't poke fun at me. I'm already insicure. It's like a sinner going to church. Why we here? To be laughing at people behind bad company. The cycle trainer was next to her and quickly redirected her intentions and thank you. Ps chuckles don't take my 23 month olds hat let mom.

  This gym is a “premium” location and I have been a member of the gym for two years and I have seen very little improvement to the quality of the experience. If you are looking for cleanliness look elsewhere, don’t believe anyone that says it’s clean. I feel that the gym struggles on maintenance and many of the amenities that we pay for on a monthly basis are out of commission. - there are days the washing machine is broken and there’s no towels. -towels on the floor just tossed like garbage off the highway. - there are weeks long periods where the steam room is not functioning, inexplicably even though repairs were made the previous week. - the water in the jacuzzi is never changed, they should drain the water out and fill it up every day and clean it. They do not. I feel like I remember seeing a health department posting years ago near the jacuzzi. - the ac was broken after being repaired, and it was the hottest day of the year. - certain male clientele in the men’s locker room are inappropriate and it verges on sexual harassment. There are newer gyms within walking distance with better amenities, at a similar price point. Consider others.
