  Absolutely loveliest staff ever, bit tight on seating when you're waiting a while but I've been there 4 times with various questions and appts with multiple different members of staff in last few weeks and they're always kind and never lose their patience with my endless queries! I consistently leave the place with a huge big smile every time.

  The best place to get my frames tightened and adjusted to my face. Shoutout to Nathan for being patient and taking the time to fix my designer frames I am in love with them again and they are much more comfortable.

  I come back here every year because it’s convenient, it is very close to my office, but also because Nathan is incredibly helpful and such a great supporter when I’m choosing my glasses. He always takes the time to help me find the right pair and makes the whole experience so easy. I always recommend this location to my colleagues and friends because of the great service, especially from Nathan!

  I worked with Alex and he was so kind and resourceful. He helped me navigate the different options that best fit my needs for contact lenses and thoroughly explained my prescription indicators.i highly appreciate his services. All the staff are so nice and welcoming.

  The manager Ms.Annette is helpful but as a returning patient I have witnessed the way she treats her staff. Completely unprofessional, she talks to her patients about other patients, and in front of patients will tell her staff in a discouraging manner when they are doing something incorrectly. As someone who is an manager myself I was completely displeased. Food for thought, never discuss someone's business in front of another patient. Rude, and doesn't create a safe space for the staff. I literally watched the young woman demeanor go from positive and helpful to feeling low, as if she did not know how to do her job. In the end, she did explain she was new and I told her to keep up the energy because as long as you are teachable that is all that matters. Overall, I finished my visit with the young woman because I had time to be her "test dummy" while she learns. But the manager wasn't pleasant, very demanding, tone was aggressive. It is a way to do things. I wish most management understood that. You need your staff and it does not matter if you know how to do everything. Without a team, you will not succeed.
