  They are always pleasant and I've had no issues getting prescriptions for my mom. Lines may be long at times but no different from CVS.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Markita is absolutely excellent! Her personality, customer service skills, and all-around work ethic are top notch. She answers the phone respectfully, treats customers with kindness, and goes above and beyond every single time. She is the type of employee every company hopes to have. As a mother of a son with Type 1 diabetes, I know how important it is to have a dependable pharmacy team because his prescriptions are his lifeline. Unfortunately, I had a very serious and upsetting experience with one of the younger employees at this location. When discussing my son’s prescriptions, she made a disrespectful comment stating, **“I’m not about to fill all of that,”** referring to the medications my son depends on. That comment was extremely offensive and hurtful to me as a mother. Instead of showing understanding and professionalism, the situation escalated into an argument, and her behavior became confrontational to the point where I felt she wanted to physically fight me. After that experience, I was so disappointed that I had my husband pick up my son’s medications instead of going into the pharmacy myself. Then, two weeks ago, I walked into the store and saw Markita. I hadn't been seeing Markita during that time and when I saw her my whole mood changed. My glow was back because I knew I was about to receive the respectful, professional, and high-level service I deserve. Markita reminded me what excellent customer service looks like. She told me she had been in the back! Well I need her in the front, back, side and throughout the entire pharmacy! I was able to tell the Giant Store Manager that he needs to keep Markita running this pharmacy. She is more than an asset she represents this Giant pharmacy location. I have watched her handle her business with limited staff, long lines, and rude or frustrated customers, and she does it with patience, professionalism, and grace. Trust me, by the time she finishes helping people, their anger and attitudes are gone because she knows how to treat people. Thank you, Giant, for having Markita at this pharmacy location. Please keep her here! She is truly a blessing to this pharmacy and the customers she serves. I hope this review helps others because it is factual, genuine, and from the heart. Markita is the standard of what customer service should be. I hope she sees this review because she deserves it!

  If I could give a negative 100 I would gladly do so. I went to this giant today to purchase a cake and ice cream. Upon arrival a bunch of police in front of the store. It was more security than a bank! I go to the bakery and noone is there. An employee walks by and directs me to customer service. Customer service line long. Another employee passing. I inquired if anyone was working.the bakery today. He directed me to the manager that was walking out the customer service room door. Next, i ask the manager. He never stopped. I was was asking in motion, if there was anyone in the bakery. He pointed at a group of employees hovered by a bulletin board and stated that the bakery employee will work at 3pm...All employees looking at us as if we weren't allowed to ask the question. It was 2:40pm. I left the store. Customer service 0. As I drove off, that same manager was standing outside smoking a cigarette. Sad. I have shopped at Giant Food for more than 20 years.This was the worst experience I have ever had. I wont EVER visit that store again.

  This pharmacy is the worst. They never pickup the phone. The attitude is incredible awful, customer service wise is a 0. They ask you to wait and when the time comes the prescription is never ready. I will be looking for another pharmacy option near by.

  Worst Pharmacy ever!! The don’t want to answer the phone. They always have an attitude at the front desk and when it’s time to pick up your prescription, they will tell you to come back another day and time to not have it.
