  The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I broke my back and had pain meds sent here. I called to check when they’d be ready so I could get a ride there as even walking a few blocks was not possible. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I went there an hour and 20 later and they said it would be about 30 minutes. I was confused and asked about how to get it set sooner as I couldn’t come back and was in pain. I told them I called just to clarify. She immediately got upset, and said it was her I talked to and she never said 30 minutes and never gave me a time. I was with my sister (who drove me) and I asked why would I call to check when it would be ready and not get an ETA. She started to say there’s nothing she could do and they were busy but did this while cutting me off, not listening or explaining further, and just not being helpful. I ended up finding a seat that was semi comfortable and had to wait almost another hour to get my prescription. Maybe just a bad day right? Yesterday I had a follow up and got more meds prescribed. They said it’ll be 15-20 more minutes when I got here today at 1:30p. They do get busy but maybe they need to find a way to notify if your prescription is ready? They were MUCH nicer today (different person) but still it’s hard to really get prescriptions and most people who get a prescription because they need one/are injured or sick so it’s really not a good system.

  The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. Don’t rely on any prescriptions being filled in a timely manner if you decide to go here or being able to have a helpful conversation with anyone about your prescription if you have questions.

  I underwent surgery today, and the doctor prescribed an anti-inflammatory medication for me to pick up at the Giant pharmacy. An older woman at the front desk asked for my ID, checked the computer, and claimed there was no new prescription for me—all while displaying a very unfriendly attitude. Left with no other choice, I asked the male pharmacist to double-check; he immediately found the new prescription and quickly handed me the medication. I have great respect for the male pharmacist's work ethic, but I am appalled by the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of that older woman—an individual who has treated me this way on more than three separate occasions. I hope Giant's management takes steps to properly address this employee's conduct.

  I been a customer more than 5 years i never bewnntreated and humilated today on September 14th 2026 with the customer service representative named Alisa the most direspected and yelling at me.
