  Rude pharmacy staff. Condescending, absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. I tried to explain my ordeal that I’ve been to the pharmacy three times and been told different things about my prescription and I got talked to like I was an idiot and dismissed when all I wanted was an answer of when I could pick up my prescription. I live above this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere. I rather walk three miles than deal with them ever again

  The older black gentleman who is the pharmacist at the Shaw Giant is the worst. He must not like dogs. A few months ago, I dropped off a prescription for my dog - THE FIRST TIME I USED THIS PHARMACY. A few days later I went to pick it up - they couldn't find it. He said to one of the assistants to tell me my vet called and cancelled the prescription. How would my vet know when I never used this pharmacy? I called the vet and they confirmed we did not cancel. Suddenly, the pharmacist found the prescription and could suddenly fill it. A second occasion, I requested a refill online on Friday, to pick up Saturday. I didn't make it to the store until Monday; the prescription had not been filled. I asked him what the issue is? He said to give him an hour... I said I already gave you 4 days. He filled it w/in a half hour. Today, I went back with a presciption bottle that has 2 refills on it and they are unable to locate the prescription number. So after getting it refilled once, I have to call my vet and explain why 2 refills are lost in the ether. The most incompetent pharmacist I've ever dealt with.

  They pick up the phone after it rings for several minutes and then hang up. Good luck getting any info from them. These are all my attempts at contacting them since yesterday.
