Henry’s blissful energy was a breath of fresh air. He smiled the entire time and was happy to help and answer all of our questions.

- ALAlexi LaneFeb 24, 20201.0My family and I have seen Dr. Simon and his wife, Dr. Ross for a few years for our eye needs. They are always so kind, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They have changed their staff members from the time I started going to them. I recently visited the office and their newest staff member (I think her name is Amy) conducted my pre-test exams. She was very friendly, soft-spoken, and easy to understand when explaining what to do and what each machine does. I was shocked to learn that she had just started working at the office for about a week because she was knowledgeable and worked the machines well. The reason for my one-star rating is because when it was time to check-out and the doctor told me that the other staff member was going to finalize my paperwork, I saw that she was watching a movie on her phone in front of the computer screen and had an earpiece on. She told me to take a seat, which I did for about 20 minutes while she answered her personal phone calls. I know this because I was able to hear her speak from the waiting area, and I know she wasn’t speaking to her coworker because she was assisting other patients with their exams. This was very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate of my time. I waited 20 minutes just to get my prescription from the receptionist. And she didn’t even apologize for having me wait that long! Overall: Pre-test exam went well, actual eye exam went well, check out process DID NOT go well due to a lazy and unprofessional staff member.
