After waiting all that time, I received a text message after office hours on Friday informing me that I had been switched to another provider without any prior discussion or consent. When I contacted the office on Saturday, I was told that if I still wanted to see Dr. Lee, his next available appointment would be another two weeks away. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Patients arrange their schedules, wait weeks for appointments, and choose providers for a reason. Changing the provider at the last minute and then expecting patients to wait even longer to see the doctor they originally booked shows a complete disregard for patients’ time, preferences, and trust. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing
