- TATodd AnthonyOct 16, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Will not use again. Been a customer for 10+ years at this store and treated with complete disregard. They are quick to take $1500 for two pair of glasses, one pair I provided the new frames (custom from Brazil), only to fail to deliver finished lenses with frames. Called once after 2 1/2 weeks to tell me the “lab” can’t locate my frames and they will keep looking and get back to me. Store takes no responsibility, even though they are the service provider. One month later, no glasses and no communication as to how they are going to make it right. After 10 years of patronage, I am done. It is a shame because I really like Dr. Lee. The For Eyes store is a different story. Now I have to find a new Optometrist. Do not use For Eyes!
