  I've been going to Club Pilates for about a year and I've taken several types of classes with several instructors and I've loved the classes. I'm constantly trying new movements and my form and strength have noticeably improved to me and my instructors. I like the environment and how easy it is to try a new style class and have recommended the studio to several friends!

  I recently had a free intro Pilates class, and it was great! I was really curious to try Pilates using the reformer machine. I was so afraid and intimidated at first, but after the class, I see everything with new eyes. The instructor and the ambiance were amazing. Thank you, Club Pilates, for offering this intro class—I now know exactly what to expect when I go for my next session!

  I absolutely love Club Pilates Navy Yard! From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and take the time to make sure everyone is comfortable while still challenging you to improve. One of my favorite things about this studio is the small, intimate class sizes. You never feel like just another person in the room, and the personalized attention makes a huge difference. Every class is well-organized, motivating, and leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. The studio is always clean, the atmosphere is positive, and the sense of community keeps me coming back. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, I highly recommend giving this studio a try. It’s easily one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made!
