  I always find them to be friendly and try to be helpful. I've had several instances when I've needed something to be filled last minute, and I've tried to add something to an order and they have tried to be very accommodating. There's also been many times when something has been filled on auto refill and I did not end up taking the order. I apologized and they Did Not get upset that they Filled the order for nothing. It still must be very annoying!

  This is one of the most unprofessional pharmacies I have encountered. The staff is consistently short, rude, and unhelpful, treating customers as an inconvenience. More concerningly, they provide mixed-up information and unreliable updates regarding medications, which creates an unsafe environment for patients who rely on accurate guidance. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for pharmacy services. I'd give zero or negative 1 if there's option.

  Avoid. You can call in your refill days in advance, tell them that you really need your prescription filled because you ran out of it, and then right on the day you run out of your prescription they still won't refill it for you because of their technical snafus on their end and on their end alone. How many people have gotten sick over the years or had their health compromised because of this? Probably many. Best advice: transfer your prescriptions somewhere, ANYWHERE else. To them, you are just another customer. Oh yea, the constant stocking of boxes, palettes, and inventory all throughout the store during the day is probably several health violations and dangers to customers. Too bad OSHA hasn't looked into this.
