Luis at Warby Parker was fantastic. He was so patient with me while I tried on what felt like every frame in the store, and he genuinely has a great eye for style, every suggestion he made actually worked with my face shape and vibe, not just generic “this looks good on everyone” stuff. On top of that he was warm, hospitable, and just made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Ask for Luis if you’re going in, you’re in good hands.
I had such an amazing experience at Warby Parker Westport CT. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. The service was smooth, efficient, and very professional without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
A special thank you to Luisa, the manager, who truly made the experience exceptional. She was patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Luisa went above and beyond to make sure every detail was right, and her leadership clearly reflects in the quality of service her team provides.
I would highly recommend Warby Parker to anyone looking for great eyewear and outstanding customer service. Luisa and her team really set the standard for what a great optical experience should be.

I have been a Warby Parker customer for a number of years and have always been very happy, however, my recent experience at their new Westport location was beyond excellent.
Due to traffic on I-95 I was late for my scheduled appointment. Despite this, the Team managed to get me another appointment a little later the same day. When the appointment finally did roll around there was a less than five minute wait.
The eye doctor, Dr. Ho, was fantastic. The examination was very thorough (retinal imaging and tonometry) and he explained all of the options available to me for my eyeglasses and contact lenses.
The rest of the Team at Warby Parker exceeded my expectations. Luis and Stacey were fantastic and made the entire post-exam, eyeglass buying experience pleasant and easy. As a result, I am looking forward to getting my new glasses and contact lenses and will continue to buy these, as needed, from Warby Parker.
