  Dr. Ho and Sophia and the entire Westport Warby Parker team were exceptionally helpful! They made the entire eye exam and process of purchasing glasses a joy!!!

  Even though they were training new staff, it was such a pleasant and efficient process. The vibe was so inviting. The music and decor was pleasant. Everyone was so kind. The store is clean and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. That was the experience at inception on my first visit. New customer and completely satisfied. The doctor was so professional and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Everything was able to be shipped to my house directly but there were other options available which was great. When I needed to make a return the experience was seamless. It’s rare for the return process to be so simple. The return wasn’t because of error on their part either so it would’ve been easy for them to be difficult. They helped me resolve the situation within minutes and they were slammed with customers. On a 5 star scale I give them 10 stars. I’m coming back to get the Gladys!

  So glad to have this location here — and G was very helpful in assisting my mom after her glasses had been bent out of shape. Highly recommend for their great customer service!

  I visited on their soft launch (4/25). The selection and purchasing process (including insurance) went very smoothly -- I would not have guessed it was their first day open. Excellent selection of frames and very good customer service.
