She stood at her computer in the back and asked for me to shout out the name of my prescription, which felt embarrassing. Later in the day, I had a follow up question about my prescription and left them a voicemail, but never received a response.
- NENancy EngelMay 16, 20221.0I needed to speak to a pharmacist abd called the pharmacy number which is an automated system and has no option for this function. I selected the vaccination option which is a central reservation service not local and she transferred me to the pharmacy and again I got the automated service. I called customer service in the store and she connected me and again I was connected to the automated line. I called customer service again and was tolf there was only one phone number for the pharmacy. automated line.
