  I presented a pharmacist with a valid coupon for discount on medication.. The pharmacist had all sorts of different answers to questions as to why it wasn’t valid. Clearly, this person did not understand the task at hand. 30 minutes later, the prescription was completely filled including the discount at the CVS just down the road. It was impossible either through customer service or direct contact of the local Stop & Shop pharmacy to get us any method to let the local people know. No one answers the phone, even if you’re a doctor and they apparently have very little understanding of the of the work they do having said that there have been some pharmacist there that have been very good and very helpful. This particular one clearly did not know her job. Very frustrating experience.

  The pharmacist was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She stood at her computer in the back and asked for me to shout out the name of my prescription, which felt embarrassing. Later in the day, I had a follow up question about my prescription and left them a voicemail, but never received a response.

  I needed to speak to a pharmacist abd called the pharmacy number which is an automated system and has no option for this function. I selected the vaccination option which is a central reservation service not local and she transferred me to the pharmacy and again I got the automated service. I called customer service in the store and she connected me and again I was connected to the automated line. I called customer service again and was tolf there was only one phone number for the pharmacy. automated line.
