  Richard was great not only did I walk out feeling better but I walked out with knowledge. Not only did he help me with my back but he explained and walked me through why it was hurting and how I could fix it.

  Richard is amazing! Before I talk about his skills, I'd like to say that he has one of the most beautiful clinic settings I've seen. It's impeccably clean and bright and welcoming and decorated beautifully. As for his Massage therapy skills? Richard is amazing. I am also a massage therapist and I needed some work, but I had no focus area and just let Richard use his expertise. I also got a treatment in the ARC LED bed prior to my massage, and it was relaxing and honestly, my blood pressure went down as soon as I was done. My session included myofascial release, and the incredible tightness and holding that I had in my lower back and glutes released. I had no idea that I needed that! Richard is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I have already booked my next appointment and I would encourage anyone who is suffering from tight fascial tissue and tight muscles to see him because he is what I refer to in the massage world as "A Fixer." I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Richard; see you next month!

  Highly recommend Richard. I’ve been going for over a year and he consistently delivers. Very knowledgeable, and the ARRC LED light therapy is a great bonus.

  I’ve done several 20-minute sessions in the ARRC LED bed at Richard’s Wellness for back pain and muscle recovery, and it’s been a great experience. After each session I noticed less pain, better relaxation, improved mood, and even better sleep. The treatments are quick, calming, and really help my body recover. Richard was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend Richard’s Wellness to anyone dealing with pain or looking for a good recovery treatment. 👍
