  I have been working with Chelsea for about 2 months now, and she is awesome. Working on my lower back which has been tight for 40 years. I am now walking without pain. Ready for the golf course. Abby and the rest of the crew are great and welcoming.

  Performance lab was a lifesaver for me. My back pain was preventing me from some of the simplest daily tasks. My sister referred me about a year ago. Every employee is compassionate and dedicated to working to get you pain free and able to manage whatever needs you have.

  I highly recommend the Performance Lab! All of the staff are incredible and so kind. Chelsey is a phenomenal physical therapist and really listens and addressed your needs. Dry needling has benefited me in ways I could not have imagined and I will recommend it to anyone and everyone that mentions needing physical therapy! Even if you don’t have an injury, this treatment has helped so much and I cannot say enough good things about the overall place, Chelsey, Keely, and Abby!

  I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Chelsey and the Performance Lab! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for real results. I had such awful carpal tunnel and golfers elbow that I was considering surgery. After a couple sessions, I had an enormous amount of relief and have been able to avoid surgery and start doing the activities I had not been able to previously. Dry needling has been amazing in helping any pain and discomfort. And working with Chelsey has been great! She is friendly, very knowledgeable, and sometimes a therapist in more ways than just PT. She’s the best!!

  I can’t say enough great things about Performance Lab in Simsbury. I originally came in with shoulder pain, and their team has been incredible in helping me improve. They are highly skilled in techniques like dry needling, cupping, and therapeutic massage, and you can really tell they know what they’re doing. They also take the time to explain everything and gave me a clear, easy-to-follow stretching and home exercise routine that has made a big difference. What really sets them apart, though, is the people. Everyone there has a great personality and genuinely makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s a very positive and supportive environment. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or looking to move and feel better.
