  I was at the pharmacy the pharmacist said I need to wait so I walked sound the store came back she said it was still not filled walked around the store again came back to the pharmacy another customer asks if her prescription was filled and pharmacist with brown hair says this is like a fast food chain. I didn’t say a word. We pay for our pills and we need them some people have life threatening illnesses. Don’t complain to customers complain to employer for not hiring staff it’s unprofessional. I refuse to get talked to when I pay for my prescriptions like I have done something wrong.

  This isn't about stop and shop personally it's about their new bottle return called clynk be aware I dropped off a bag and supposed to receive money within 24 to 48 hours still nothing called clynk girl said give it another day. I then said what happens if I don't receive tommorow she then said they will credit my account 5 dollars based on supposedly the bags the provided hold up to 50 items which is probably not true will hold more.so if you all are expecting a quick payout not happening and now your forced to use this company at this store and eventually all stop and shops Good Luck

  I was a CVS pharmacy customer for years, they didn’t have a medication I needed so I called here. Connor was top notch in customer service he got me the medicine and I transferred all my prescriptions there because of him. This staff cares about their customers! Thank you !

  Thank you Carol in Watertown for taking the time to call for update on meds that needed to be refilled. Always a pleasure doing business at this S&S pharmacy location.
