For fitting and a couple of minor adjustments, Kathy was all things Ray Ban!! She’s patient, experienced (actually went to Ray Ban school) and does everything she can to assist her customers. It was a 5 Star experience.

Kathy, the associate who has been helping me for several years is outstanding. Her combination of technical expertise and her genuine care for my vision is what makes me returning whenever I need glasses or even some minor adjustments. Kathy is very knowledgeable will sure I am pleased with my choice of glasses before I leave the store. She is very personable and I appreciate that she remembers me and calls me by my name. I have observed her working with other individuals and her approach as always been friendly and patient. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and the people she comes in contact with. I looked up places that had contact lenses available and ended up on the Target Optical site. I immediately called the store and Kathy (I think that was her name 😬) went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She was so incredibly helpful and kind! I was able to stop by and grab that contact lens that I needed. I will definitely be coming back to the Waterford Optical shop!

My progressives needed to be returned because there was a mistake from my eye doctor’s exam results. Once again, the two women that helped me were kind and patient and beyond thorough to make sure that my second pair were just right. There’s also a really nice selection of glasses to choose from, and we will definitely be returning for sunglasses soon!
