- CGCT Fox GuideJun 17, 20262.0I went to this Waterford branch out of necessity a year ago after it was recommended by a coworker of mine. Every interaction I had with reception, technician, and doctor felt like a chore. I was, without having asked or seeking out, greeted on my first visit with a explicit warning from the receptionist about something I cannot even remember. The entire atmosphere and team attitude just felt... off to me. I know from work experience that dental offices can be terrible, but an eye exam office? Really? Is this we're at today? Talk about an existential crisis! I do not recommend, unless you have an absolute emergency. The team was competent in their jobs but unpleasant to work with on the patient side.
