They provided great service, were very responsive and helpful through several of my recent slightly traumatic incidents and one simple case of carelessness for which they offered this helpful reminder - "on your face or in the case!" Everyone I dealt with there was great and I so appreciated it.
- RBRhema BradleySep 10, 20265.0I had my eye exam appointment last week at Pearle Vision in Waterford, and I have to say, the entire staff is always so welcoming and amazing! I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now, and I’ve consistently had great experiences, but this particular visit was by far the best. I wear contacts most of the time and only occasionally purchase glasses. Choosing glasses is something I normally dread because I have a very strong prescription, which can make finding the right frames difficult. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Hope, and she completely changed the experience for me! Hope was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and so much fun to work with. As soon as I explained my concerns, she immediately understood what I needed and selected several beautiful frame styles that would work well with my prescription. She gave me great options to choose from and, most importantly, put my mind at ease about how my glasses would look once the lenses were added. Instead of feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I actually had fun choosing my glasses! Hope made the entire experience enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the time and care she took to help me feel confident in my choice. I’m actually looking forward to picking up my new glasses! Thank you, Hope, and the entire Pearle Vision Waterford team for another wonderful experience. You truly know how to make your customers feel welcomed and taken care of! If you want, I can also make it **a little shorter and more conversational for a Google review** while still making sure Hope gets special recognition.
