He went above and beyond to assist me, with my crappy insurance and minimal budget to assure, I was able to find the perfect eyeglasses. I will suggest him every time. That's not to say the other Opticians are not great ( they are). However, at the moment I needed non judgment and gentleness, I greatly appreciated Alberto.
