I show up for my scheduled 1:00 pm appointment as stated in the email SENT TO ME BY GOLD COAST and they tell me after driving alll the way over here that I "dont have an appointment ". The called it a pre appointment. I call it b.s. This office will send out scam/spam emails i guess stating you have an appointment and then tell u to "come back" 4 hours later WITH and attitude when they get caught in their lies. The girl at the desk also had a big attitude with me once I spoke my mind about it is messed up to give people appointments and then deny them at the desk. This is very unprofessional and the BBB should take a look at this practice. Mall is dying anyways so we'll see how long this location even stays in business at this location. LONG TIME patient and this is how im treated. Yall need better secretaries , train them or something.
