  I can’t say enough good things about this program. I was a yo-yo dieter and have tried a few diets. The last one I did was in 2020 and the after effects on my body lasted years. Due to hormonal changes and perimenopause I couldn’t stay full. I was waking up in the middle of the night very hungry for six years. I hired nutrition, coaches, and no one could figure it out.. When I walked into the Medi weight loss clinic, I was very skeptical I did not think that it was going to work. Needless to say I lost 25 pounds in four months and that really is all I needed. I surpassed my original goal and I think I look fabulous. Slowly I am learning to add foods in and still working with the APRN. It is a wonderful program. It really has helped me and taught me how to eat and make healthy decisions and I’m determined not to go back to my bad eating habits. I was most impressed with the fact that they figured out how much protein my body needed. Specifically, the calimetry machine. I love how it shows how much fat you’ve lost but how much muscle that you’ve gained. I do functional fitness and lift weights, and I love seeing that I’m gaining muscle. I’m still learning, but I trust that Medi weight loss program will continue to teach me how to eat well.

So much has changed, including my relationship with food and the way I approach my health overall. The weekly visits, personalized guidance, and products truly go hand in hand. I also love the vitamin injections—they have become an important part of my routine. If you’re trying to do this on your own or relying on an online-only company, I strongly encourage you to call Medi-Weightloss. I previously used a company that shipped GLP injections directly to me, and I developed a terrible rash. It made me realize how important it is to know where your medication comes from and to have in-person medical support throughout the process.

  I started with Medi Weight Loss on March 19 of this year at 65 years old being heavy my whole life and as of today I have lost 68 pounds. I do not think I could’ve done it without them. I feel as good if not better than when I was in my 20’s. All the people there are very positive and helpful and are willing to make any kind of suggestions that are helpful in your Weight Loss journey. I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else, especially now that I’ve been there and I know how they are. I now believe when I retire next year I will be able to fully enjoy it!
