I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Skylar was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all of my options. He made sure I understood the different lens choices and helped me get the best value without any pressure. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re shopping for glasses, I highly recommend asking for Skylar!

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters. I walked in with my glasses needing an adjustment, and the staff fixed them within minutes. They didn’t charge me, they were just genuinely kind and happy to help. The customer service was honestly exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you to the amazing team at LensCrafters for such outstanding customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had an eye exam and contact fitting. Then I purchased contacts and frames with lenses. Very friendly service. Attentive. Eye contact. I was listened to well. I was asked detailed questions about my wants and needs. The entire experience took about 40 minutes. Great experience. 10/10. Five stars. Will recommend.

Renee was absolutely awesome.
My frames broke. I took them in, and the exact version of my frames was not available. She tried a couple other types, and the lenses wouldn't fit.
So, she broke out her tools to try to fix it even though none of us were very optimistic.
She worked a miracle. These frames were badly damaged, and she fixed them after about a half hour of meticulous work.
She even adjusted my frame to fit my head better also!
And this was all free of charge, despite a lot of effort she put into it.
Even though I wasn't able to give them a paying job today, they have earned our business forever. My wife, daughter, and I are now going to be lifelong customers. We just moved to this area.
It is rare in business today that someone takes such great care and goes the extra mile, particularly when there is no monetary incentive.
We will be back many, many times as a show of gratitude and because they truly earned our business.
Thank you, Renee!

Woman with dreadlocks at the front desk brought her dog into the office. She let her dog roam freely, despite patients. Parients are actively looking for glasses and entering for eye exams. Some people have dog allergies. Please let people know in advance if you have a live animal in the office so that they can prepare accordingly or go somewhere else.
In addition, she provided horrible customer service. She became upset because I refused to pay my co-pay until at the end of my service, which is my right legally. Even when I stated I would just pay the co-pay, but I needed an itemized bill she continue to give me problems. I will be filing a complaint with the department of public health. I called the 978 phone number and they were no help whatsoever.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
