When purchasing frames and lenses, she provided guidance and was very instructive of the various options. Marla was very patient and answered all of my questions. When returning to pick up the glasses, she verified the fit when I put them on and complimented me on their look. Marla went out of her way to tune-up my older pair of glasses that I walked in with and provided me with a case for my new glasses. I cannot say enough good things about Marla and this interaction will have me come beck to the store the next time. So happy - Five Star service!!! 😊
