- AJAnanya JJun 16, 20265.0Although the appointments felt a bit rushed, all the staff (including doctor and admin) were super helpful and kind in getting my exam and prescription. Wish the retinal exam wasn't required as it was an extra out of pocket amount but understand that is out of staff's control.
- TTTimothy ToliverJun 12, 20261.0I came in and was told I can pay $40 for my prescription to get lenses made... I wasn't told they will refuse to give you the most important part, your IPD... Without it you can't have lenses cut so it is the definition of False advertisement. Then she tried to gas light me saying different glasses have different IPD basically like I'd have to get measured for each pair🤦🏾♂️ don't insult my intelligence the distance between your eye balls don't change because something is on your face. I called MyEyeDoctor and got my IPD from on file last year in 30 seconds. They laughed and said yeah It's a common scam to force you to buy LensCrafters glasses. And it's sad they would do that because they know you can find lenses cheaper elsewhere. Something is telling me they are playing in or just over the line of legality i.mean isn't it my right to have my medical information? Avoid at all costs!!!
