She suggested a test that unfortunately, I wasn’t able to carry out because it included too many hours fasting and, also, I’m lactose intolerant. I purchased some supplements and they are yet to show helpful. I have been addressing a number challenges unrelated to my primary medical problem, so I informed her that I needed to focus on them. I have seen naturopath doctors for many years while living elsewhere, and always had a great experience. Sadly, this wasn’t such. I need someone less forceful in terms of pressure to return and who shows kindness.

Using a plan we made together, I began to eat better, exercise more, and my anxiety has greatly improved. I have recommended her to many friends and co-workers. Her personality also makes you feel completely at ease.
