  YogaSix Stamford is such a welcoming and positive studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, the classes are approachable for all levels, and the space has a great energy from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to build a consistent practice, this is a great place to be.

  I saw some negative reviews and am honestly surprised! I’m sure the situations are legit with the customer service stories, but I’ve had a very positive experience customer service wise with this location so I wanted to share. I signed up for the early access membership when I was early in pregnancy and Brooke and the team were very accommodating to pause the charges until I was able to return to working out after having the baby. I didn’t have any issues getting assistance from them on accommodating to my situation. I also recently had to cancel simply because I wasn’t able to make it often enough with the new baby and they couldn’t have been nicer about it. Just wanted to add this review to say that I’ve had a great experience there and love their classes! I hope to keep going via ClassPass bc I love this location :)

  Positive: Great beginner level classes. Friendly instructors, clean studio, great music, good temperature, and the cool towel is a nice perk. And it's on classpass which makes it affordable. Negative: Frustrating business practices. They harassed me for months about signing up and when I came in to take advantage of the 3 classes for $36 new members deal right before Christmas they told me I had to use it within 7 days even though it was the holidays. Really put a damper on my enthusiasm and doesn't scream community focused business.

  This is a really nice, well-run studio with classes to suit everyone. All of the instructors are great, too. Just a really good vibe and, for me, good location tucked away from the hustle of downtown Stamford. Highly recommend!

  I signed up for the 3 classes for $36, which was an awesome deal! Yoga6 is definitely your place for a traditional vinyasa and flow. I was looking for a heated sculpt class that will kick my butt and leave me sweaty...not sure I really got that here. Yoga 6 has so much potential when it comes to the sculpt class. The music is too low...esp when you're doing weights and jumping jacks...I need some energy! It was awkward when the music was low and we were doing a Hiit sequence and it was low vibes. I think the physical studio is gorgeous, clean, and open. The instructors are very welcoming and friendly. Not sure if there's a noise ordinance considering the nail salon next door....If you want returning customers esp within the 25-30 age range, we are looking for loud good music and a sweaty tough class.
