I originally tried it with class pass and was soooo welcomed and truly couldn’t stop thinking about my positive experience days later. That’s why I decided I wanted to continue my fitness journey with Yoga 6 Stamford. Ann really made me feel so good even with the patience and smile she had while instructing. I went to my second class and she was the instructor again and she welcomed me back. I was so happy that she remembered me. It’s deff the little things! I’ve loved the slow flow and just did my first signature hot class and loved it. There’s classes for all levels and I love it!!
